Hear about their enchanting history and then join Willow (our truffle scent detective) as she pin-points the location for you to enjoy the moment of unearthing a fresh black truffle from where it lies hidden underground. Following the hunt, join Beck Davern for a hands-on cooking class with truffles featured in each course. Relax in front of our wood fire while you experience the aroma and flavour of earth’s ‘black gold’. Beck a very talented local chef and foodie, has a highly developed appreciation for our truffle treasures and she will share her insights into cooking with truffles to equip you to impress family and friends at home.
